Saratoga County Mental Health Center (SCMHC) – SCMHC, comprised of the Saratoga County Mental Health Clinic, Alcohol and Addiction Services, and Reflections PROS, is now closed to on-site appointments with the exception of patients receiving injectable medications.

NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) – The OMH has developed and distributed guidelines to help people manage the anxiety caused by their concerns over the COVID-19 epidemic. The guidance document has general information for the public, as well as specific guidelines for people receiving mental health services, mental health providers, caregivers of elderly individuals and for parents, including parents of children with pre-existing anxiety disorders.
MHANYS – Mental Health America New York State – MHANYS is an agency of support, education and advocacy for mental health issues across New York State. MHANYS has made a very strong statement about Mental Health Impact of COVID-19.
NAMI New York State – The National Alliance for Mental Health (NAMI) NY State is compiling guidance and resources from state and local agencies, in a centralized location.
Substance Use Recovery
Healing Springs Recovery Community and Outreach Center -Healing Spring is a resource center for people in recovery. The center is closed at this time but assistance is continued to being provided by telephone and on line. Healing Springs offers daily virtual meetings using Zoom.
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) – Local AA Meetings have temporary closed their doors to in person meetings and are instead hosting virtual meetings.

Saratoga County Department of Social Services (SCDSS) – It is the mission of the Saratoga County Department of Social Services to provide and facilitate the delivery of an appropriate mix of supportive services to meet the unmet financial and social needs of those who are unable to do so on their own.
New York State Unemployment
IRS Tax Relief and Economic Impact Stimulus information – The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service today announced that distribution of economic impact payments will begin around the third week of April and will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people.
